Why use this tool?

Auto-detect fields

Automatically discovers text inputs, checkboxes, dropdowns, and radio buttons embedded in the PDF form.

Flatten option

Lock all filled values into the PDF so the form cannot be edited again, producing a clean final document.

Private processing

Everything runs in your browser. Your form data and files never leave your device or get uploaded to a server.

Frequently asked questions

What types of form fields are supported?

Text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons, and dropdown menus are all detected and fillable. Signature fields are not supported — use the Sign PDF tool for that.

What does 'flatten' mean?

Flattening permanently embeds the filled values into the PDF so the form is no longer interactive. This is useful when submitting a final version that should not be edited.

Why are no fields detected in my PDF?

The PDF may not contain actual form fields. Some PDFs look like forms but are just static text and lines. Only PDFs with embedded AcroForm fields are supported.
